RETURN & REFUND POLICY — GIRLSTRIP
At Girlstrip, we pay special attention to the quality of every piece. As a newly launched brand, we are currently implementing a policy adapted to this early stage, which may evolve over time to continuously improve your experience.
1. No refunds (except for defective items)
As part of our launch, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, sizing issues, or personal preferences.
However, we offer a store credit valid on our entire website.
2. Returns for store credit
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item has not been worn, washed, or damaged
- All tags are still attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- There are no signs of use (makeup, creams, oils, etc.)
Once approved, you will receive a store credit code.
3. Defective items (refund eligible)
Refunds are only granted in the following cases:
- Item received is damaged or defective
- Incorrect item received
In this case:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Send photos of the item to: [your email]
After review, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- An exchange, depending on your preference
4. Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the item is defective or due to our error, return costs may be covered
5. Non-returnable items
Items purchased on sale or limited edition items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
